To cut to the chase, I was a loan officer when I bought my house and business was goo. Of course we all know how it is now. business dropped considerably and now I am way behind in my mortgage. So to keep my house I went into bankrupcy. I also realized I needed anoother source of income. sincwe I am right next door to a school, I started a daycarwe/after school program. I am almost licensed, just waiting for my final inspection. Business is good. I have 4 full time and 3 4 after school. I literally have room for 40 children. I have a 2800 sq foot home, and I will be using the basement as well for a computer lab. I am keeping up now with the basics, but I need to get a camp licence or center license to be at capacity. I NEED MONEY FOR WORKING CAPITAL, PAY UP AND KEEP UP WITH THE MORTGAGE, AND MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BACKYARD AND BASEMENT. PLEASE, I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MY HOME AND HAVE APLAUSIBLE AND DOABLE PLAN. If you are an investor, you can purchase the house from me, and let me rent to own for two years then buy back. Please, this is a pretty good investment deal.
